Placing an order denotes acceptance of these terms and conditions. As goods are individually made to order, these are non-returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

No liability will be accepted for any changes in appearance, or quality of any of our products if they are treated after purchase by processing of any kind, including flame proofing, stain resistant finishes. All embroidered fabrics are prone to damage, especially when mishandled.

Each item is individually made, therefore slight creative variations may occur.

Personalized Designs

Most of the designs you see on our web site are adaptable for stoles, chasubles, preaching scarves and banners. If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for and would like a personalized design we are happy to discuss your own ideas. Fill in the Custom Design contact form and we will be in touch.

Shipping Policy

The responsibility for Customs duty on overseas orders remains with the customer. Please see our shipping page for more information.
